The primary goal of the Taveuni Eye Project is to give sight to children and adults from the more remote and rural areas of Fiji.
As you can see from the charts below more than 3700 procedures have given the people of Fiji the ability to live normal, healthy and productive lives.
The Fiji Society for the Blind are now busy checking every corner of the Fijian island group checking for people with cataracts and other eye problems.
